Before you order
One reproducible failure with a bounded expected result—for example a broken Next.js route, a Vercel runtime failure, a Supabase auth or query path, or one webhook flow. Several unrelated symptoms or a feature build require a separate scope.
The two-day delivery window starts after usable requirements arrive. The sprint guarantees a bounded diagnosis and evidence-led work, not that every unknown system can be repaired without wider changes. If the evidence shows a larger problem, you receive that finding early instead of an unsafe patch.
No. Start with staging access, a reproducible example, sanitized logs and the minimum relevant code. Never send production passwords, service-role keys or real customer data in chat.
A redesign, new feature, broad refactor, open-ended security test, infrastructure migration and multiple unrelated bugs are outside the $249 starter scope.
